This Cuvee is named after the south facing slopes on which it is grown. Characterized initially by fresh herbs, a quick swirl of the glass exposes bright, red fruits, and a touch of spice. Ripe wild strawberry, cranberries, underlined by fresh sage with a touch of anise and clove. 

Each year, our goal for Southing is to create the ideal marriage of complexity and elegance. Exhibits baked strawberry, floral scents of Jasmine and subtle baking spices. The fine tannins and minerality are enhanced by our estate vineyard's characteristic cool climate acidity.
